 Ceva’s FELIWAY® products carry a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  The FELIWAY® guarantee currently only applies to purchases made in the United States. Proof of purchase is required.  If you're dissatisfied for any reason with any of the FELIWAY® products, please contact the retailer where purchased for a replacement product or a full refund.
