I rescued Terry 1 month ago. It was evident that he had a very traumatic life. Upon being rescued was neutered and because all 4 of his canine teeth were fractured needed to be removed. When we bought home he hid under the bed and any furniture he could. We worked consistently with him immediately but didn't seem to get much improvement.
